G2 is the largest customer review site for business software, and these G2 wins tell that Sage Intacct is going in the right direction and meeting customers’ needs.

Customers also rate Sage Intacct #1 in customer satisfaction, surpassing all competitors. And as such, Sage Intacct are pleased 94% of their non-profit users say their product is going in the right direction, and 89% say they would likely recommend Sage Intacct to a friend. Plus, Sage Intacct earned awards for Leader, Best Usability, Momentum, and Best Relationship, which reflects the satisfaction shared by their verified reviewers.
Thanks to their customers, Sage Intacct also ranks as a leader in the Mid-Market Accounting category once more. For this grid, G2 evaluated the performance of 41 accounting systems. Customers rate Sage Intacct #1 in customer satisfaction with 92% of reviewers saying their product is going in the right direction. G2 results also show Sage Intacct moves at speed to help customers with shorter implementation times, allowing them to achieve results up to 117% faster than competitors.
In this latest quarter, Sage Intacct’s focus to continually improve products for their customers remains evident, topping the Usability Index in two categories— Mid-Market ERP Systems and Non-profit Accounting. The criteria for this ranking are determined by ease of use, ease of admin, and the ability to meet customer requirements.
Of course, those aren’t the only areas where Sage Intacct’s customers think they exceled in. Sage Intacct received an additional 40 awards, including 23 for leadership.
